What is the processing time?
The item’s processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. This can involve detailed in-house checks: e.g. material quality, zippers, seams, embellishments and motifs, interiors, lining, etc. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design, and size of the specific product or article. Larger orders will naturally take longer. It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take 5-10 business days to process and dispatch. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.
*If you would like to cancel a back-ordered item in your order, simply send us your request by submitting a ticket, we will get back to you within 24 hours.

We ship orders Monday - Friday, except public holidays to your country.
What delivery options do I have?
- Free Shipping on orders over US $89.(Standard Shipping)
When orders under US $89, customer should pay standard shipping fee US $6.
- Expedited Shipping: US $19 (Express shipping）
Standard Shipping：10 - 25 business days
Express shipping：8 - 15 business days
After receiving your order confirmation, excluding customs processing times. Please note that Rosaleene is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your parcel is held at customs.
Kindly note, during high season and Sale, delivery might take a little longer.

What delivery locations can I choose?
We offer you delivery to your home address, Standard Home Delivery.
How can I track my parcel?
As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.
You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.
If we are unable to deliver your package it will automatically be returned to Rosaleene.
Import tax/customs duties
Please note, the total order amount does not include local sales tax/ VAT. In certain locations, if the value of your order exceeds the toll-free limit an import tax/customs fee may be applied upon delivery. & Other Stories does not compensate for these additional charges.

How to pay these fees?
Once the parcel has entered the destination location, it will be held by Customs for clearance. During this process, import duties and tax fees will be calculated. If additional charges apply, our transport partner will contact you to pay the extra fee before Customs releases the order.
Please note, your bank might add additional fees for cross border payments.
Rosaleene does not compensate for these charges.
